I’ve always had a different relationship with things. Even as someone who loves deeply, I’ve never felt the need to hold onto objects just because they were gifts. That’s upset people at times—especially when I’ve let go of items that were meant to be meaningful.
But for me, the meaning is in the moment, not the material. The connection, the memory, the emotion—that stays with me, even if the object doesn’t.
This way of being isn’t cold or detached—it’s intentional. It’s about clarity, spaciousness and living with less so we can feel more.
That’s the foundation of Unburdened: a philosophy rooted in the belief that letting go can be an act of deep care—for ourselves, our spaces and our legacies. Unburdened is an evolving vision, a future business, and a way of being I’ve practiced my whole life.
Unburdened is a practical, soulful service for people ready to lighten their load—physically, emotionally, and generationally.
Whether it’s a closet full of clothes you never wear, a garage of someone else’s memories, or a home full of “just in case” items—Unburdened helps you make space for the next chapter.
In-person or on Zoom, we work together to:
- Decide what to keep, donate, or release
- Let go of guilt and “what if” thinking
- Preserve what matters, without being buried by it
- Create a living legacy—not just a storage unit of stuff
Because the real weight isn’t in the objects.
It’s in the stories we’re afraid to close.
Introductory session – €25 / 1 hour
We’ll meet on Zoom (or in-person if local/national) and start where you are: one drawer, one story, one step forward.
This work can be surprisingly emotional—and deeply freeing. If you’re not sure where to begin, this is the perfect place.
