Making space for what matters.

I’ve always had a different relationship with things.
Even as someone who loves deeply, I’ve never felt the need to hold onto objects simply because they were gifts. That has upset people at times. But for me, the meaning was never in the object itself.
The meaning was in the moment.
The conversation. The laughter. The kindness. The person.
Those things stay with me, even when the object doesn’t.
I know not everyone experiences possessions this way. For many of us, our homes quietly become museums of old identities, unfinished grief, family expectations, guilt, obligation, or memories we don’t quite know what to do with.
We keep things because someone gave them to us.
Because they belonged to someone we loved.
Because we spent money on them.
Because we might need them one day.
Because throwing them away somehow feels like throwing away part of ourselves.
But often, the real weight isn’t in the objects.
It’s in everything they represent.
That’s why I created Unburdened.
Not as another decluttering service.
Not to encourage minimalism.
Not to tell you what should stay or go.
But to help you understand your relationship with the things you carry, so you can make decisions with clarity rather than guilt.
This is about more than decluttering.
Every object tells a story.
Sometimes that story deserves to stay.
Sometimes it deserves to be photographed, written down, passed on or gifted to someone who will treasure it.
Sometimes it’s simply time to thank it for the part it played in your life and let it go.
There is no right answer.
Only the answer that feels right for you.
My role isn’t to organise your home.
It’s to sit beside you while you decide what belongs in the next chapter of your life.
Unburdened can help if you’re:
- Feeling overwhelmed by clutter that has slowly accumulated over the years.
- Downsizing or moving home.
- Clearing the home of someone you’ve loved.
- Sorting through inherited possessions.
- Struggling to part with sentimental belongings.
- Feeling guilty about gifts you’ve never used.
- Surrounded by “just in case” items.
- Wanting your home to reflect who you are today, rather than who you used to be.
- Ready to create more space—physically, emotionally, or both.
Together we can:
- Decide what to keep, donate, gift or release.
- Work through the emotions attached to possessions without judgement.
- Honour memories without feeling obliged to keep every object.
- Preserve family stories, photographs and meaningful keepsakes.
- Create a living legacy instead of a storage unit of memories.
- Make thoughtful decisions at your own pace.
- Transform overwhelm into calm, one step at a time.
This isn’t about becoming a minimalist.
It’s about making room for the life you’re living now.
How it works
Every person and every home is different, so there is no fixed formula.
We begin with a conversation.
Sometimes that’s over Zoom.
Sometimes it’s in your home.
Sometimes we spend an hour talking before we touch a single object.
Sometimes we begin with one drawer.
Sometimes an entire room.
We move at your pace.
Without pressure.
Without judgement.
Without rushing.
This work can be surprisingly emotional.
It can also be unexpectedly freeing.
Introductory Session
1 Hour — €25
Our first session is simply a chance to begin.
We’ll explore what’s feeling heavy, what you’d like to change, and where you’d like to start.
There is no expectation that everything will be sorted in one session.
The goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is progress.
Sometimes one thoughtful conversation is enough to make the next step feel possible.
Who I Am
I’m Tina.
I’ve always been fascinated by the stories people carry—through their memories, their homes and the objects they keep.
I don’t believe people need fixing.
I believe they need space to think, to reflect, and to choose what truly matters.
Unburdened brings together practical support with thoughtful conversation, helping people move through life’s transitions with compassion and clarity.
